How do I schedule a callback or punch-list visit?

From a job you can schedule a follow-up visit, such as a callback or punch-list trip, tied back to the original job. It shows on the calendar like any other visit. Note that a follow-up is its own record, so on the free plan it counts toward your monthly new-item limit.
