PaintOps is provided as a business management tool to assist painting contractors. While we strive to provide accurate calculations, useful automation, and reliable software, you are responsible for reviewing all information and ensuring it is appropriate for your business and each individual project.
General
PaintOps does not provide legal, financial, accounting, tax, insurance, engineering, or other professional advice. Nothing in the software should be considered a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
You are solely responsible for the estimates, contracts, invoices, pricing, schedules, communications, and other documents you create or send using PaintOps.
Estimates, Calculators, and Profitability
All dimensions, material quantities, pricing, production rates, labor estimates, profit calculations, financial reports, AI photo estimates, and other calculations generated by PaintOps are estimates only and are provided as a convenience.
Actual costs, material usage, labor requirements, production rates, coverage, and profitability will vary based on site conditions, workmanship, products, pricing, weather, customer requests, and other factors outside the control of PaintOps.
Always verify measurements, pricing, quantities, and calculations before providing a quote or beginning work.
AI Features
PaintOps includes optional AI-powered features that may generate estimates, descriptions, emails, scope language, customer communications, or other content.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or inappropriate for your specific situation.
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before using or sharing it.
Contracts, Scope Language, and Legal Documents
Sample scope descriptions, inclusions, exclusions, disclaimers, proposal language, emails, contracts, terms, or other templates included with PaintOps are provided for convenience only.
They are not legal advice and may not comply with the laws or requirements of your jurisdiction.
You should have your contracts and customer-facing documents reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on them.
Payments
If you choose to accept online payments, payment processing is provided by third-party services such as Stripe under your own account and subject to their terms and conditions.
PaintOps does not process, hold, or control customer funds and is not responsible for payment disputes, chargebacks, processing errors, or third-party service interruptions.
Third-Party Services
PaintOps may integrate with third-party services, including payment processors, AI providers, mapping services, email providers, or other external platforms.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, pricing, or performance of third-party services.
Data
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your website and business data.
Although PaintOps is designed to operate reliably, no software can guarantee that data will never be lost, corrupted, or become unavailable.
No Warranty
PaintOps is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.
