Every painter or helper can view their own assigned jobs and open the emailed job link. Beyond that, each person has opt-in permissions you control:
- Upload photos (on by default)
- Upload receipts and log expenses (on by default)
- Create jobs (off by default)
- Create quotes (off by default)
- View financials (off by default)
You set these per person on the Painters/Helpers page.
