Install it like any WordPress plugin: from your dashboard go to Plugins, Add New, search for PaintOps, then Install and Activate. On activation PaintOps automatically creates the one page your whole app runs on. If you ever need to recreate that page, you can do it from PaintOps, Settings under Setup Health, App Page.
