From a job, use Add Expense to record the vendor, category, amount, and date, and attach a photo of the receipt straight from your phone. Expense and receipt logging is included free, so you can track what a job cost even without Pro. Administrators see the amounts in the expense list; plain crew members see only which receipt goes where, never the dollar figures.
