When enabled, PaintOps emails each assigned painter or helper a “job starts tomorrow” reminder the day before, with the address, customer, and time. It runs automatically once a day. You turn it on under PaintOps, Business (or Settings), and there is a backup trigger URL for very low-traffic sites where the daily task can be unreliable.
