Every quote can be shared as a private link that opens a customer-facing page with no login required. The customer reviews the quote and accepts it right there, and on Pro they can pay a deposit online by card at the same time. On the free plan you record the accepted quote and any in-person deposit yourself. Customers can also simply reply to the quote email to accept.
